Hey lovelies! Is anyone else excited about the fact that it’s almost Christmas? I can’t wait to head down to Southern Oregon tomorrow and see my family! Christmas time is my favorite time of the year because it’s my brother and my mom’s birthday, plus Christmas, all in a weeks time. It’s also really special because my whole family get’s together at my Grandma’s house and I don’t get to see them very often so it’s great to spend some time together.
I don’t know about you guys, but I have always like getting dressed up for Christmas Day. I love to put on a red dress and leggings to stay warm but still feel nice and festive 🙂 Today I wanted to share with you guys 2 different outfits that are great for the holidays – a cold weather outfit, and a warm weather outfit (cause you know, some of us dream of living in California).
Christmas Outfit #1 – Warm Weather
For this look I wore a pair of white skinny jeans that I don’t even know the brand of because they were gifted to me by one of my girlfriends, but I know she got them at Macy’s, so there’s that (J Brand style here, and Levi’s here)! They are kind of like jeggings – super stretchy and comfortable and the length is perfect for my super long legs!
I paired the white skinny jeans with this red razorback tank from Express (similar here) – it has the perfect cut for my body type because it takes away from the fact that I have wide shoulders, so I definitely love wearing it!
For the accessories I wore this statement necklace from Mirina Collections, and honestly, what more do you need? This necklace definitely has enough va-va-voom for an entire outfit, there’s really no need for anything else (makes it easy, huh?). You can shop Mirina Collection right here!
Christmas Outfit #1 – Cold Weather
For the cold weather look, I literally just layered a red crew neck sweater from Old Navy (on sale for $10Â here in multiple colors!!!) over the same outfit! I really liked how there was a layer peaking out from the sweater of the Express tank.
I also switched out the Mirina necklace for a pair of simple bauble earrings and a statement clutch from Express. This look has a more toned down and polished vibe and would be perfect for Christmas dinner with the family 🙂 Check out the widget below for similar clutches!
